• ENTER INVENTORY

To enter your inventory just press the green 'Enter Inventory' button and enter the information into the white boxes starting with the number of items, what your items are stored in (box, package, crate, bottle), the name of the item, the cost per container, the menu name, the price you are selling it for, and the company you bought it from, then press the green 'Add to Inventory button'. From there touch options to see your inventory. Entering Inventory is only necessary for determining how much stock you have purchased. If you are only interested in your actual sales then just ignore the 'Enter Inventory' button.

• CREATE MENU

Creating your menu is easy. Press the yellow 'create menu' button, on the next page just touch the white box listed as 'Product', enter your product name and choose the white button underneath it to choose it's price. When your finished entering in all products just press a 'Menu' button. What you have entered will be saved on that menu page. You can always edit all or some of the information by pressing the 'SuperStore' button on any menu page.

• INTEGRATE PAYPAL

Integrating Paypal into an App has never been easier. Superstore doesn't just allow you to connect to paypal servers for transactions, it shows you how to do it! If you click on the orange 'Integrate Paypal' button you will find easy step by step instructions on how to create and link this application to paypal servers so your credit card sale payments go directly to your Paypal account.

• SINGLE SALE

You can do a single quick transaction by pressing the red 'Single Sale' button. This information is not saved to any database and is for random quick impulse purchases. You can sell anything in seconds with a cash or credit option for payment.

• OPEN STORE

Open your store with one button push by pressing the purple 'Open Store' button. If you don't already have a menu set up, you can press the yellow 'Create Menu' button or just press the purple 'SuperStore' icon on the menu page. You can change text size for your menu buttons, add tax to all your menu items or hold any menu button for 1 second to open a dialog that will create tax just for that item. That is also where you void items if you make a mistake during the transaction. You can also Check your settings from here or return to the main menu.

• BUSINESS RECORDS

Your business sales and records information can be accessed by pressing the blue 'Business Center' button. To see specific information related to a previous sale just touch on any listing below the black line. Here you can email this information as a reference or receipt, set up an invoice reminder, or delete the sale from your records. You can choose a date range and press the blue 'Search' button to see all your sales from the dates selected. The Options button allows you to erase all your sales, view all your sales, view all inventory, erase all inventory or erase your entire database. You can save any view by pressing the white button and entering the filename and then pressing the black 'Create Sales Report' button. From there you will see all the relevant data (total products sold, cash sales, credit card sales, total sales, total sales tax)as related to your sales from the date range selected. You can also see how many individual items you have sold of each product in that date range. To save the information onto your SD card press any part of the white screen and a message will appear notifying you of your saves files location.
